The terms and conditions regulate the usage of Our Services constitute a legally binding agreement between RealtySauda and its Members.

Definitions

• User or Member would include an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the Services of RealtySauda, and to whom the access to RealtySauda is restricted by the user login id and a password only, allotted by RealtySauda.
• Browser or Visitor includes an individual or a legal entity who utilizes the Services offered by RealtySauda without the need of login ids and visits non-restricted sections of RealtySauda.
• Service includes the interactive online information offered by RealtySauda on the site that is stored in the database or third party links.
• The term RERA shall mean and include the Real Estate Regulation Act, 2016.

Terms and Conditions

• The accuracy of the Registration Data given to the RealtySauda on initiating the service shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
• The member agrees that data entered will be subjected to mandatory validation by RealtySauda.
• The member will ensure compliance with all notifications or instructions issued by the RealtySauda for usage of services in better manner.
• The member shall be solely responsible for all information entered, stored, retrieved and transmitted.
• The member shall keep confidential and not disclose to any other person's login and password.
• The member shall immediately inform the RealtySauda of any un-authorized usage of the member's account or any other breach of security known to the member.
• RealtySauda in its sole discretion shall reserve the right to edit, modify and delete the content uploaded by member.
• The member will inform RealtySauda for any action or claim committed by third party resulting from any information posted on the site by the Member.
• RealtySauda do not accept any responsibility towards the data entered in our system. It is the member who is solely responsible for any wrong data being entered and be liable for any action taken by third party, which may mount to civil or criminal. • All logos, brands, trademarks and services appearing in RealtySauda are owned properties under Intellectual Property Right (IPR). Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.
• RealtySauda may provide links to other third-party sites or resources. RealtySauda makes no representations about their information that's beyond under conrol.
• Attempt to breach security or authentication is not allowed.
• Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, broadcast or tamper with in any way contained in Realtsauda except as permitted strongly is prohibited and an offence under the prevailing laws of India.
• RealtySauda will not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use RealtySauda, its content or links, failures including software, hardware or network.
• RealtySauda may, without notice in its sole discretion, and at any point in time, may terminate or restrict member use or access to RealtySauda for reason based on its judgment and perception believes member have violated or acted inconsistently with the terms and conditions or any applicable law.
• The User or Member or visitor to RealtySauda is prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, updating or sharing any information that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, anti-privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.

Jurisdiction

Courts at New Delhi, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to RealtySauda and these terms and conditions, irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to RealtySauda.
